State police said 19-year-old Ben A. Scott, of Three Springs, was driving north on Forge Hill Road in Lurgan Township around 3:38 a.m. when he veered into the southbound lanes. Zinibole’s vehicle left the road and came to a rest on its passenger side, facing north, state police said. Scott’s vehicle reportedly came to a rest in the middle of the road, facing south.
