The 2024 Tim Hortons Brier will see 18 teams compete in Kelowna, B.C. from February 28 to March 9. Several provincial champions, including John Epping of Northern Ontario, have already been crowned. The winner will represent Canada at the World Men's Curling Championship.

Other provincial and territorial reps already crowned were Owen Purcell , Thomas Scoffin , Felix Asselin and Shane Latimer . Jacobs, a Canadian, world and Olympic champion, took over as skip of Brendan Bottcher’s Alberta-based team, that ranked No. 2 in Canada at the end of last season.
