Our BEls deserve better, and we’re here to demand it from Comelec,” he said in a statement.

“The clamor for BEIs to get their full honoraria and allowances remains loud and strong, ACT has been pushing for the scrapping of the tax-imposition-recently hiked from 5 percent to 20 percent-on election service pay and for the same to be released via cash or through teacher-poll workers existing payroll as government employees,” the group said.
