Carol Ann White, 39, is accused of engaging in sexual activity with the boy, who has special educational needs and cannot be named for legal reasons, between April 2019 and May 2020. On the trip to the outdoor activity centre, near Oban, she allegedly told the 12-year-old ‘if you touch me then I will touch you’ before grabbing his hand.
