Canadian singer-songwriter Tate McRae and Shawn Mendes lead the nominations for the 2024 Juno Awards with five each. Both are recognized across various categories, including Single and Artist of the Year. The awards also highlight diverse musical talent, from Punjabi music stars Karan Aujla and AP Dhillon to Inuk singer Elisapie. The Canadian Music Hall of Fame will induct rock band Sum 41, while Boi-1da receives the International Achievement Award.

For single of the year, the nominees are Ross for “Single Again,” Aujla’s “Winning Speech,” “Mendes for “Why Why Why,” McRae with “Exes” and “Timeless,” a collaboration between the Weeknd and Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti.
