In a recent interview with Screen Rant Plus, actor Taron Egerton revealed one of his favorite video games, proving he is perfect for a Star Wars film.

Taron Egerton has recently revealed his favorite video game, which proves he would be perfect for a project in the Star Wars universe. Egerton's major release of April 2023 is the film adaptation of Tetris, more aptly telling the story of the creation of the most popular video game of all time. During the press tour for the film, Egerton naturally faced many questions versed in the world of video games.

In an interview with Screen Rant Plus via TikTok, Egerton was asked what his favorite video game is. Without saying Tetris for obvious reasons, Egerton detailed a recent Star Wars-centric video game he has played that stuck with him: SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT "The last game that I played from start to finish and completed was the first [Star Wars Jedi:] Fallen Order game. There's a sequel coming out, I think. I've started to see it advertised, which I'm very excited about. I really loved the first one. But I like anything with Jedi and lightsabers and droids and John Williams scores.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game was released in 2019, and its success has since spawned a sequel, Jedi: Survivor, set to be released in April, as Egerton outlines. It is clear from Egerton's words that Fallen Order resonated with him, as the actor still has time to anticipate the sequel's release amid his busy schedule. This excitement and evident love for Star Wars only proves that Egerton deserves a role in a galaxy far, far away.

Though franchise filmmaking is certainly not a requirement of every talented actor, someone of Egerton's talents would thrive in a world like Star Wars. The actor has a vast amount of experience under his belt playing a wide variety of characters, something that could translate to a Star Wars project perfectly.
