But some children have their own special super powers. Some kids have wheels to get around. Some are extra sensitive to fabrics or don't like the idea of putting masks over their faces."Every child deserves to bask in the fun of a special moment," said Julie Guggemos, Target's senior vice president of owned brand management and product design, in an email to USA TODAY.
