Rare Selena photo on display during Hispanic Heritage Month in the La Avenida gallery at The Wittliff Collections at Texas State University in San Marcos.The snap features the late Tejano singer in a black bolero-style jacket, tight pants and ankle boots. She's wearing hoop earrings, her hair in the pompadour style that she favored during the late '80s and early '90s.
