Fast food chain Taco Bell announced it will pay some general managers US$100,000 salary at select locations.
A sign at a Taco Bell in Mount Lebanon, Pa., Friday, May 23, 2014. TORONTO -- A six-figure salary to work at Taco Bell may soon become a reality for some U.S. employees. earlier this week, including paying restaurant general managers at select locations a salary of US$100,000 per year.
Currently, general managers at company-owned Taco Bell stores in the U.S. make between US$50,000 and US$80,000. The company is launching a scholarship in which US$6 million will go towards helping fans and team members.
