Food delivery giant Sysco launched its first-ever electric delivery trucks in Canada this week in B.C.’s capital.

On Thursday, Sysco unveiled eight electric tractors which will be joining its Victoria fleet, marking the company’s first EVs to work in Canada.

While the eight new EVs are a first for Sysco in Canada, they now join over 130 electric delivery trucks that Sysco uses in 11 cities across four countries, including the U.S., U.K., and Sweden.
