JUST IN: Joseph DeAngelo, the man suspected of being the notorious Golden State Killer, has agreed to plead guilty to 13 counts of first-degree murder at his court appearance, prosecutors say.

A man brazenly raped and robbed numerous women in their homes, at times in the presence of their husbands and children, beginning in 1976., has agreed to plead guilty to 13 counts of first-degree murder at his court appearance, prosecutors said.
