Suspect charged, two more sought in armed kidnapping, robbery

Robbery unit detectives quickly identified one suspect and he was charged with a number of offences, including kidnapping, possession of a schedule 1 substance for purposes of trafficking, as well as a number of weapons offences and failing to comply with a release order.
