Pavanbar Paul Mannan, 29, of Surrey was found dead after a report of a shooting on July 9.
Homicide investigators are identifying the man who was found dead inside a vehicle in Surrey over the weekend as Pavanbar Paul Mannan.
"First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the victim was pronounced deceased on scene,” says Sgt. Timothy Pierotti with the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team. Shortly after at 5:25 p.m., Surrey RCMP were called to a vehicle fire less than five kilometres away from where the 29-year-old Surrey resident was found dead. A grey Subaru Forrester was located burnt near 82A Avenue and 152A Street.
