Listen to surfacesmusic and eltonofficial's 'Learn to Fly' below.
On the twinkling single, recorded in quarantine and produced via Zoom, the band and the icon share an optimistic message in the midst of the havoc wreaked on the world by the global pandemic.
"'Learn To Fly' is a song we started writing months ago right after putting the finishing touches on our third album," Surfaces revealed in a statement."After recording the demo, it was floating around and got into the hands of Elton who wanted to be a part of the track. After a series of Zoom studio sessions, we were able to record together from quarantine. Working with Elton felt like the idea of winning a Grammy.
The new single follows Surfaces' 2020 breakout hit"Sunday Best," which currently sits at No. 20 on the Billboard
