The Supreme Court on Monday restored Donald Trump to 2024 presidential primary ballots.

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of Donald Trump and restored his name to 2024 presidential primary ballots by rejecting attempts by multiple states to hold him responsible the U.S. Capitol riot Jan. 6, 2021.
"They still want to fine me, arrest me, and stop me from running," he noted, describing it as election interference. I agree that States lack the power to enforce Section 3 against Presidential candidates," Justice Amy Coney Barrett noted in the ruling. "That principle is sufficient to resolve this case, and I would decide no more than that."
