Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron announces a grand jury's indictment of one of three Louisville police officers involved in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor on Sept. 23, 2020, in Frankfort, Ky.in 2019, concluding that it restricted a woman's right to an abortion before the fetus is considered viable. And a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, based in Ohio, agreed.
