Following the official renewal for Superman & Lois season 3, multiple cast members are celebrating the thrilling news. As the Arrowverse has existed for a decade as of this October, The CW has adapted multiple iconic DC heroes and villains from panel to screen. One of the latest additions to the line-up is Superman & Lois, featuring Tyler Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch as the titular characters.
While Superman & Lois has become a smashing success for The CW, fans had to wait for a little longer this year to hear about a renewal. In past years, The CW usually hand out renewals to most of their shows in January/February. This allowed the writers of the respective series to get more time to plan out the following season. However, 2022 became a different story due to the news that broke out that WarnerMedia and Paramount were putting The CW up for sale.
Given that there are six episodes left of Superman & Lois season 2, details on season 3 won't be out for quite some time. However, what will hopefully be part of the third season is some bigger ties to the overall Arrowverse. While Superman & Lois is based on the same Earth as the other shows, the connectivity has been very limited.
