Even though its fall, summertime high temperatures will continue across North Texas.

Thankfully no triple digit days are in the forecast. In addition, lower humidity makes the heat more tolerable for now, but the humidity will be increasing later this week.
An Air Quality Alert is in effect for the Dallas-Fort Worth area on Thursday. Please try to carpool or use public transit by limiting vehicle emissions. Also, ozone is harmful for people with asthma and other illnesses impacting lung functioning. It is encouraged to take extra precautions for outdoor activities.
