“We had the Atlantic girls at this level here last year, and that was some strong ball. It should be an even more advanced event.” “We don’t talk about weather,” chuckled Gian Martinson, assistant event manager and head of game operations. “Once Thursday comes, we all pray the baseball gods shine upon us and we are going to have a great weekend.”“There is a plan D, E, F, G and H,” added Martinson.

Martinson said challenges always arise running a tournament of this size, but teamwork and cooperation from all parties involved are important.
