Team/Équipe Sudbury made up local elementary, high school and college students

Team members won three gold, three silver and five bronze medals at the annual skills competition for elementary, high school and college students, which was held this week in Toronto. Team/Équipe Sudbury, powered by Manitoulin Transport, includes students, teachers and staff from Cambrian College, Collège Boréal, Rainbow District School Board, Sudbury Catholic District School Board, Conseil scolaire de Grand Nord and Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon.

Silver Bronze Collège Boréal also won third place for best medium-sized booth at the event, while Evan Lafontaine also earned the Prize of Excellence for top-scoring Francophone competitor. Since 2018, members of Team/Équipe Sudbury have won 42 medals at Skills Ontario: 10 gold, 11 silver and 21 bronze.
