wildeSudburian Perry Dellelce was awarded an honorary doctorate of law from Western University on June 24.
Dellelce is the co-founder and managing partner in the Toronto corporate law firm Wildeboer Dellelce. The doctorate was awarded during the university’s spring convocation in London.“[He] is the ultimate volunteer; he epitomizes true dedication to the communities and causes closest to him,” a press release from the school states. “His range of volunteer and philanthropic activities spans health care, sport and education, as well as initiatives to assist families and children.
Western highlighted Dellelce efforts on behalf of several charities and not-for-profits, including Sunnybrook Foundation, Canadian Olympic Foundation, the Cathedral District Campaign in support of St Michael’s Cathedral and St. Michael’s Choir School, the University of Ottawa’s reIMAGINE Campaign and the University of Notre Dame’s Business Advisory Council in South Bend, Indiana.
