A new survey suggests new beginnings for a large number of Canadians, leaving it up to employers to hold onto the talent they have.The survey was done in late June by Maru Public Opinion and commissioned by ADP Canada. Around 1,500 Canadians were polled.
Of those considering moving on to a new position, 88 per cent noted that compensation was the most important factor. The survey went on to ask people the reasons they may stay in their current roles. Ninety-three per cent said they were pleased with their current jobs. Around 90 per cent said they were satisfied with the work environment.
