, 2023, Pegasus Cheer Athletics’ athletes and teams headed to the Greater Toronto Area to compete in two competitions.Equinox – First place, two teams and three individual athletes competed at Cheer Challenge Cup, taking home the following placements:Equinox – Fourth placeHeld at the Pan Am Centre in Markham, these two events marked Equinox, Impact, and Indy Marilyn’s first competitions of the season.
“I was very happy and proud to see this team take the floor. My co-coach, Jadine, and I have watched them work through many challenges this season,” says Liz Yntema, owner of Pegasus Cheer Athletics and coach of Impact. “To see their hard work pay off, the team bond further, and earn first place was an incredible feeling as a coach.”
