The blockbuster, which is described as a geo-political thriller based on true-life events, is expected to prove a money-spinner for the city. It follows the arrival of Hollywood crews last year, who transformed parts of Glasgow to film The Batman and the latest in the Indiana Jones franchise. Cardogan Street, between West Campbell Street and Douglas Street, and Blythswood Street between Waterloo and Holm Street will be closed from 6pm until 10.30pm on Friday.
