Previously, after sentencing for his third murder, Millard was given three consecutive periods of 25 years before being able to apply for parole, meaning he would have been in prison for 75 years.As the judges gathered their papers to leave court, he stood and called for their attention. “Will that mean the sentence will be a life sentence and that the parole eligibility, given that this was an arrest in 2014, in April, that the parole eligibility will be in April of 2039?” he asked.“I’m not confirming your math,” she said.
