The company's interim executive committee, led by Chairman John Elkann, is actively searching for a permanent CEO, aiming to complete the process by the first half of 2023. Among the changes, Antonio Filosa, head of North American operations, is taking on the global chief for quality role, while Alain Favey becomes the head of the Peugeot brand. Anne Abboud assumes leadership of Stellantis' Pro One commercial vehicles unit, and Ned Curic oversees integrated software and engineering activities.
