The NFL threw out a rule that CBS carried all if not most, AFC games while FOX would carry NFC games. As a result, the Week 11 game can not be flexed because it would not meet the clause in each network’s contract with the NFL. CBS must carry the Week 11 game. The only possible movement the game could have is that the Steelers and Ravens would move to 4:25 p.m., but with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs occupying that slot, it seems unlikely.
