Obi-Wan Kenobi revealed some of the Jedi killed by Inquisitors - and now one Order 66 survivor's name and horrific fate are confirmed at last!

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ TV show revealing what happened to Jedi who were killed by the Inquisitors - and now an Order 66 survivor has officially been named. When Obi-Wan Kenobi was forced to briefly abandon his exile on Tatooine, he soon found himself forced to infiltrate the headquarters of the Empire's premiere Jedi hunters.

Lucasfilm recently published excerpts from Dawn of Rebellion: The Visual Guide, including pages dedicated to the Inquisitors. These reveal the identity of one of the Order 66 survivors killed by the Inquisitors: "Valerie Tide hid her identity following the Great Jedi Purge, blending in with the locals on Athio III, but was captured after being revealed as a Force user." What is truly horrific, though, is that this doesn't say Valerie Tide was killed before being entombed in amber.

Did The Inquisitors Put Jedi In Amber While They Were Still Alive? Valerie Tide somehow survived Order 66, and hid away on Althio III for an unspecified period of time. She wasn't able to fully conceal her Jedi training, though; she's notably wearing a necklace with the Jedi logo on it, possibly an important relic given Jedi didn't tend to keep mementos. Eventually she used the Force, and rumors of a potential Jedi reached the Inquisitors.

It's entirely possible the Inquisitors tended to entomb living Jedi in amber. This kind of technology clearly exists in Star Wars, with Darth Vader and Boba Fett imprisoning Han Solo in carbonite in The Empire Strikes Back. Han was fortunate, because it's clearly possible to survive being frozen in carbonite. The same would surely not be true for amber, meaning the Inquisitors practiced a horrifically brutal form of execution.
