Alex Kurtzman reveals what the most 'brutal' movie to work on was.
He admitsreboot with Tom Cruise was"probably the biggest failure of my life", though he does credit the process with teaching him a lot about filmmaking and himself.

I didn't become a director until I made that movie, and it wasn't because it was well-directed — it was because it wasn't."writer went on to explain that although it was a"brutal" process to make the movie, he is a tougher person because of it, and he also knows his working limits, and will speak up when things don't feel right.
