Simone Biles, McKayla Maroney, Maggie Nichols and Aly Raisman will testify at a Senate hearing about the FBI’s handling of an investigation into former USA Gymnastics physician Larry Nassar
WASHINGTON—Gymnastics stars Simone Biles, McKayla Maroney, Maggie Nichols and Aly Raisman are set to testify this week at a U.S. Senate hearing about the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s handling of an investigation into their abuse by the former women’s national team physician Larry Nassar.
The gymnasts’ appearance—confirmed by their lawyer, John Manly—comes amid continued legal fallout from the institutional response to revelations about Nassar, and involves the elite gymnasts first identified as potential victims of the then-team doctor.
