CUPE Local 569, the union representing some 400 municipal workers with the city, announced the agreement in a release Friday.CUPE Local 569 president Gord Evans said he is happy to recommend the agreement. The deal covers municipal employees that work in the parks department, fleet repair, sanitation, road maintenance, water and wastewater, traffic department, humane services and property management.
