Approved an application from Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to reduce the building line setback for apartment buildings at 20 Janeway Place from seven metres to 4.4 metres. According to the information provided to council regarding the request, it was determined in the development review of the apartment buildings that a parcel of land four metres wide needs to be transferred to the city for future road widening.
