Hicks now faces a total of 63 charges

The allegations against Hicks date between 2021 and Aug. 31, 2023. He is banned from contacting the complainants, whose identities – and the identities of all complainants in cases of sexual violence, no matter their age – are protected by a publication ban, which extends to social media.

Hicks allegedly used fake female profiles to interact with people online, including Isabella Ricci, online username bellaricci4, and Corinne Smith, username smittycor15. “There’s a level of deception there and you cannot consent in that situation,” RNC Const. James Cadigan said after Hicks’ initial arrest.
