Friends of Chamber Music closes its 75th season with an afternoon of duos and trios performed by players from the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. While string quartets are the Friends’ usual fare, a long-standing relationship with the Lincoln Center consortium allows for some interesting explorations — in this case, music by Anton Arensky and Johannes Brahms. Decidedly lighter works for piano four hands preface more heavyweight trios in a well thought-out juxtaposition.
