Spot Bitcoin ETFs witness 5th consecutive day of outflows as halving imminent
On Thursday, U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds saw their fifth consecutive day of net outflows, matching the record for the longest streak of such outflows.
The growing outflows in BTC ETFs come ahead of an imminent Bitcoin halving event, which is expected to take place later today on Friday, April 19. The development is set to halve the daily production of new Bitcoins from 900 to 450.
