SEOUL - South Korea 's exports are expected to have risen for a ninth consecutive month in June, with semiconductor sales to the U.S. leading the increase, although the growth rate likely slowed on calendar effects , a Reuters poll showed on Thursday.
"The trend of growing exports likely continued as semiconductor exports remained robust," said Chun Kyu-yeon, economist, Hana Securities. South Korea's exports are expected to recover towards record-high levels in the first half of this year, the finance minister said earlier.
