The formerMeanwhile, Turner wore a revealing green bikini, and seemed to be enjoying chilling.The actress was also photographed with a golden retriever puppy, leading fans to believe she might have adopted another dog following Waldo's death. Turner looked so happy as she dried the puppy off after a swim.
