Depending on the temperature outside, experts say a dog left in a vehicle could dehydrate in less than five minutes.
The reminder comes as a heat wave continues across Alberta. Craig Momney explains.
Some of the warning signs of heat exhaustion, she says, include excessive panting and lack of hunger, as well as vomiting and diarrhea.
