Helmed by Steven Kostanski of ‘Psycho Goreman’ fame as director, ‘Deathstalker’ wrapped filming in Greater Sudbury during the weekend
Earlier this month, guitar player Slash, best known for his work with Guns N’ Roses stopped by the film set for a day to oversee things as executive producer.
Director Steven Kostanski, who also helmed such movies as “Psycho Goreman” and “The Void”, has earned a reputation for using practical effects, which early information released on the “Deathstalker” Kickstarter campaign indicates it will also live up to. Sudbury.com attempted to connect with Kostanski by phone during the final days of filming, but a last-minute creature special effects issue affected his availability.
