Slack clarifies IBM report that sent shares soaring; stock falls in late trading
Slack Technologies Inc. WORK, +15.44% late Monday rebuffed a news report saying International Business Machines Corp. IBM, +0.66% had bought its service for its employees worldwide, turning into Slack's largest customer. "IBM has been Slack's largest customer for several years and has expanded its usage of Slack over that time. Slack is not updating its financial guidance for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2020 or for the fiscal year ended Jan.
