According to the Garland Police Department, Willie Seals was last seen walking in the 300 block of North Shiloh Road at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22.GARLAND, Texas — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 64-year-old Garland man who has been missing for at least two days, officials say. , Willie Seals was last seen walking in the 300 block of North Shiloh Road at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22.
Police are concerned over Seals’ whereabouts because he has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and requires medication. Seals is described as a Black man standing at 6’2” and weighing about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Police said Seals was wearing a blue stocking cap with a blue durag, a blue sweatshirt and gray pants with a black stripe when he went missing.An Israeli woman moved to Dallas in August.
