The American Psychological Association reported that 75 percent of the workforce said that dealing with their boss was the mostpart of their job. And studies show that a toxic boss is the top reason employees leave jobs.

and that two out of every three workers are actively looking for new jobs. A majority of employees in one Deloitte study didn’t disclose to their bosses the real reasons for taking time away from the office.Some experts advise you to be careful about what you tell your boss. It could cost you your job. But what if you’re so devastated that you can’t function at your usual standard and need to inform management.
