A shelter-in-place order has been lifted in Kejick Bay, Lac Seul First Nation, after police apprehended a person who was considered to be a threat to public safety.A shelter-in-place order has been lifted in Kejick Bay, Lac Seul First Nation, after police apprehended a person who was considered to be a threat to public safety.

The order was issued by the Lac Seul Police Service and the OPP at 8 a.m. ET Thursday after police received a report of a person at large in the community who was possibly carrying a firearm."An extensive search and investigation were immediately launched, involving LSPS officers, Sioux Lookout OPP officers, OPP emergency response team members and canine units.
