Shelburne RCMP is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Highway 203 in Lower Ohio. - SaltWire Network FileLOWER OHIO, N.S. — A 19-year-old man died early Wednesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 203 in Lower Ohio in Shelburne County.RCMP officers learned that a pickup truck was travelling on the highway when it overturned and came to rest on its side, the RCMP says in a media release.
The driver and sole occupant of the pickup truck, from Lower Ohio, was pronounced deceased at the scene. An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing, and a collision reconstructionist attended the scene.
