WILLIAMSPORT – A federal sexual harassment suit involving two kindergartners in a Sunbury elementary school has been settled for $17,500. The Shikellamy School District does not admit any liability in settling the case, a notice filed Monday in U.S. Middle District Court states. In the opinion of James L. Best, who represents the victim and his mother, it is a “full and fair settlement.” The boy’s father has died since the suit was brought in 2018.
