Cherok Douglass was accused of shooting his wife, Brandee Douglass, to death car and then shooting a bystander, Lorin Yelle.But Douglass ran away, into a wooded area and then into a restaurant, which became his second crime scene. A sheriff’s deputy was luckier. She got to the restaurant’s parking lot and said Douglass accelerated in her direction, and she jumped onto a porch area to avoid being struck.Finally, officers from three several agencies swarmed the area and arrested Douglass.
