We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to enhance the competencies of the OLG Customer Care teams by designing, developing and delivering training that boosts employee performance in a manner that meets and exceeds business needs.
Reporting to the Manager Customer Care Learning Experience, you will be empowered to: Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of work performed by OLG Customer Care teams in order to identify and understand training needs and opportunitiesDevelop and revise training materials to supplement recommended training programs Plan and deliver training programs across multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning, to effectively engage target audiences and optimize content delivery.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ day-to-day performance Review ongoing programs to ensure training material and content is up-to-date and reflective of any changes Continuously seek areas of improvement within department processes and procedures based on trends and leading practices to ensure most effective training and deliveryUniversity degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Training, Education or a related field or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality due to daily interaction with sensitive operational and employee dataDemonstrated knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principlesAbility to meet strict deadlines and quality standards while managing multiple projectsConceptual and analytical thinking skillsComprehensive Learning: Core to OLG’s culture, empowering employees to bring their authentic selves and make a meaningful impact across Ontario.
