The incident happened around 2:15 p.m. on September 8, near Williams Street and Division Street, which is right behind the Costco Plaza. Police say a senior was walking along a pathway when she was approached by the man, who pushed her to the ground and made off with her purse.He is described as a white man with a slim build.
