Senior Data Warehouse Developer to join our financial services client based in Centurion.Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.Perform quality assurance checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide operational support, troubleshoot errors, and resolve data queries. Work with technical stakeholders to identify data sources, understand metadata, and define solutions.Convert legacy Excel reports into Power BI dashboards.Test, debug, and reconcile data against source systems.Identify opportunities for improvement and provide analytical observations.Monitor and optimise data warehouse performance.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.3-year degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.Experience with ETL/ELT tools .Experience with data modelling .Familiarity with cloud data platforms is advantageous.Experience with data extraction, data analysis, data reconciliation, and data visualisation.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Strong communication, analytical thinking, report writing, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Desired Skills:
