SAN JOSE — The operator of a Bay Area senior activities center, in what appears to mark a local expansion, has bought a San Jose office building near a train stop.

On Lok Senior Health acquired the building through an all-cash deal, according to real estate records. It wasn’t immediately known how On Lok would utilize the south San Jose property the organization has just bought.
